Michelle Crosby serves as our Director of Operations for the MORE Real Estate Group. She was born and raised in the Sacramento region and studied Business and Liberal Studies at Folsom Lake College. Her and her husband have traveled all around the country as a US Navy family and have finally settled back down in their home-town. Previously, Michelle managed a Neurology practice in Williamsburg, Virginia and realized she had a passion for leading a team.

At her last position, she worked in the Bay Area as the Marketing and Communications Liaison for a small, family owned, Brokerage. Soon she realized she had a passion for Real Estate and decided to pursue her Real Estate license.

When she’s not at work, you can find her actively involved in the community and raising her two rambunctious boys. She loves to snowboard, camp, travel and of course, spend time with her loving family!
